Responding to the question on source of the information for finding rented dwelling they are currently living with multiple answers allowed, "Trough internet" and "Commercial broker" were the top response at 33.3 percent, followed by "Through friends and acquaintances" at 16.7 percent. Consequently, "Point-of-sale advertisement of real estate agency" was the third at 10.0 percent.

Responding to the question on the things they took into account to choose a dwelling with multiple answers allowed, "Rent" was top response at 89.2 percent followed by "Size" at 70.0 percent, and then "Location" at 65.0percent.

Responding to the question asking the type of rented dwelling they are currently living and the satisfactory degree,  Both “Quite satisfactory” and ”Satisfactory” is 61.7 percent, respectively at 15.0 percent and 46.7 percent. On the other hand “Dissatisfactory” just stays at 17.5 percent.

This shows that they are relatively satisfied with their dwelling.

Asking for their intention of dwelling purchase in the future, only 7.5 percent of people answered “Positively considering”. The rest of the respondents are divided into nearly halves for “Having an intention to purchase a dwelling in the future” at 46.7 percent and “Having no intention” at 45.8 percent.

When asked question "what type of dwelling they are considering to purchase" to those who are positively considering dwelling purchase, 44.4 percent of people answered "Brand- new house", and then 33.3 percent of people who answered "Brand- new apartment". Also, those who answered "Used house" and "Used apartment" were 11.1 percent respectively.

When asked the reason of not taking an action to purchase dwelling to those who answered "considering dwelling purchase but not now", 57.1 percent of people answered "Currently saving up money for", followed by 46.4 percent answering "Timing is not right" and 39.3 percent "Matter of job or salary".

When asked the reason of not considering dwelling purchase only to those who answered "Not considering", "Lack of funds" was top response at 34.5 percent, followed by "Happy with rented dwelling" at 27.3 percent and "Don't like to get a mortgage" at 9.1 percent.
